You can easily open the wallet in one hand by pressing the metal closure. Closed, you are able to access a full length zippered pocket located on the outside of the wallet. The metal frame the wallet is covered completely by the fine leather except on the top where it comes together with a sturdy snap clasp. Opened, the polished metal frame is attractively visible. The leather is subtly padded making it comfortable and soft to the touch.
