Treat your face to this versatile cream pencil that adds a touch of "glam" to any look. Use Anastasia Eye Lights Shimmer just below the arch of your brow to highlight your brow. Use it alone or on top of your favorite matte shadow to create a satin glow. Plus, use it on your cheeks, or on top of a lipstick.
