The fine tipped Anastasia Brow Pen features a long-wearing formula that applies with ease, clinging to both skin and hair for a subtle, natural look. Dries quickly, lasts all day, and is easily removed with soap and water. Use as a base to increase your current brow makeup's staying power or to fill in sparse areas for a fuller look.

Colors: Available in two universal shades, Universal Light (ideal shade for blonde to medium brown hair) and Universal Deep (ideal shade for dark brown to black hair).

Instructions: Shake pen before each use. Apply following the natural shape of your eyebrow. For a darker shade, apply another layer. Where brow hair is sparse or missing, apply directly to the skin using short strokes. Blend by using the Spooley end of any Anastasia duo-ended brow brush.
