Backorders & Special Orders

Special Orders:

Some products are listed as Special Orders on the item page and may have a "SO" at the end of the SKU. These are special order items that may take several weeks to receive from the manufacturer. Special orders are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once ordered. Your credit card will be charged upon ordering.

Backorders:

You will be notified via email if any of the items you ordered are out of stock. In stock items are shipped separately unless we are given instruction to hold the order and ship together. Backordered items are sent as soon as the shipment from manufacturer arrives. If you have questions regarding the availability date of a backordered item please contact us at help@whatshebuys.com. Your card is charged only for the items that are in stock. Backordered items are charged separately when ready to ship.

* Note PayPal Orders:

Backorders or preorders placed with PayPal as the payment method are charged in full at checkout. We suggest using a credit card for orders containing backorders or preorders if you do not want to be charged upfront.
