Modifying & Cancelling Orders...

Please note that as soon as your order is placed, the processing of your order begins. You will not be able to modify or cancel your order as there isn’t a way to locate your specific order and shipment in our warehouse as it is being processed. There are just too many shipments being processed to locate one. The exception to this is if you are modifying or cancelling an item which is on back order. You can cancel a back ordered portion of an order if you need to (you cannot cancel a special order).
