Sales Associate

 

WhatSheBuys is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced sales person to handle inbound retail sales calls by assisting customers with their buying decisions, providing world-class service and entering orders to our order management system. Additionally, the sales person will assist in-store retail customers when needed. Based on experience, this person may also assist in store merchandising and buying.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills, abilities and knowledge to perform the essential functions of this job:

• A minimum of 3 years retail sales experience - department store preferred.
• Previous phone sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Fast and accurate computer skills.
• Excellent sales skills, including up-sell, cross-sell in a professional, "non-sales" way.
• Ability to provide world-class service.
• Pleasant voice and excellent verbal skills.
• Multi-tasker; able to work well under pressure.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• BA degree preferred.

 

Customer Care

 

WhatSheBuys is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced customer care representative to provide world class service to customers.  This representative will assist customers with questions related to orders, product information, returns, and shipping.  This will be handled via phone and email so excellent phone and writing skills are essential.  Additionally, this person will be involved with placing orders and assisting in other operational matters as needed.

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills, abilities and knowledge to perform the essential functions of this job:

• A minimum of 2 years retail experience.

• Previous phone customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.

• Fast and accurate computer skills.

• Ability to provide world-class service.

• Pleasant voice and excellent verbal skills.

• Multi-tasker; able to work well under pressure.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• BA degree preferred.

 

Gift Wrapper/Packer

 

WhatSheBuys is seeking enthusiastic full-time and part-time gift wrappers and packers to process phone and Internet orders in its warehouse facility.  These positions may also be involved in receiving shipments of merchandise, labeling products and other miscellaneous duties in the warehouse.

 

The ideal candidates must possess the following skills, abilities and knowledge to perform the essential functions of this job:

• Quick with hands for gift wrapping and packing.

• Detail oriented and accurate.

• Good reading skills to read gift messages, instructions and product names.
