Damaged Shipments/Missing Items...

We try our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and undamaged. Every item is inspected by the manufacturer for defects and packaged to protect the items against shipping mishaps. However, occasionally an item may have a defect or become damaged during shipping. If this is the case, we will make every effort to ensure your happiness with your purchase.

To report a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, send an e-mail to help@whatshebuys.com with your name, order number, product name and type of damage to the item. In the case of shipping damage or missing item, you must retain the shipping box, the items and all packing material for inspection as part of the claim process. Please note that certain items (including Levels of Discovery & Kettler) will be handled directly by the manufacturer in replacement of parts. These items are not eligible for paid return postage.

Please report any missing items immediately to help@whatshebuys.com. While we have procedures in place to ensure the highest level of quality control, human error sometimes does occur and we apologize if that is the case. We will review your claim within one business day using a variety of quality controls to confirm if your item was shipped. If our review confirms that the item(s) was not shipped, we will ship the missing item(s) and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If our review concludes that the shipment was accurate, we will follow up with you to request that you inspect the package and the area where the package was opened. Customers are often surprised to locate an item they believe was missing.
