Shipping Guidance

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Your order will be processed and shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri) if you order by 12:00 pm PST (excluding backorder, special order or drop ship items). Shipping time is generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Pasadena, CA.

Free Standard Shipping - No Minimum Required

You will receive Free Shipping on your order shipping within the United States (oversized items shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be assessed a shipping charge). There is no minimum purchase requirement to get the Free Shipping. Most online retailers require a minimum order of $50 to $100 if they offer free shipping at all.

With the Free Shipping option, your order will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground depending on the weight of your order.

• 0-13 oz. packages are shipped via U.S. Postal First Class.
• 14 oz. - 2 lbs packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
• Packages over 2 lbs are shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping Time With Free Shipping

Shipping time is generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Pasadena, CA (see Free Shipping Map at bottom of page). US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times and WhatSheBuys is not responsible for shipping delays. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5 business days (except during the 14 calendar days before December 25th and except delays caused by unforeseen events).

In Store Pickup

We offer customers the ability to pick up orders at our San Marino, CA retail store. Place your order online and select 'Store Pickup - San Marino, CA' to have your order delivered to our store located at 2301 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108 in the following timelines:

Hawaii and Alaska Shipping

Items not marked as oversized ship to Hawaii or Alaska via US Postal Service at no charge. Items marked as standard oversized ship to Hawaii or Alaska for a flat rate of $24.95. Please call or email for a quote on Oversized II items and larger.

APO/FPO Shipping

All orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS. UPS is not an eligible shipping option. Items not marked as oversized ship US Postal Service at no charge. Items marked as standard oversized ship for a flat rate of $24.95. Oversized II items and larger as well as orders valued over $150 are not eligible to be shipped to an APO/FPO address.

Signature Options

The Free USPS or UPS Ground shipping method does not require your signature unless your order is over $500. The shipper will scan your package as it is delivered to your door. You are responsible for your package after it has been delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your package, please make a note in the comments field "SIGNATURE REQUIRED".

Expedited Shipping Options

You have several options if you want expedited shipping.

International Shipping:

WhatSheBuys ships World Wide through a 3rd party broker, International Checkout. To ship outside the U.S. select the yellow International Checkout button on the shopping bag checkout page. International Checkout shipping prices are automatically calculated depending on your order total. Prices vary per country. Your total, including shipping and handling, will be provided before you submit your order. Once submitted, WhatSheBuys will ship the items to International Checkout and then they will ship to your international address.
