Shipping Guidance

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Your order will be processed and shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri) if you order by 12:00 pm PST (excluding backorder, special order or drop ship items).

Free USPS or UPS Ground

You will receive Free Shipping on your order within the United States only. Certain oversized items shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be accessed a shipping charge. There is no minimum purchase requirement to get the Free Shipping. Most online retailers require a minimum order of $50 to $100 if they offer free shipping at all.

With the Free Shipping option, your order will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground depending on the weight of your order.

0-13 oz. packages are shipped via U.S. Postal First Class.
14 oz. - 2 lbs packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
Packages over 2 lbs are shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping Time With Free Shipping

Shipping time is generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Pasadena, CA (see Free Shipping Map at bottom of page). U.S. Postal does not guarantee delivery times and whatshebuys is not responsible for shipping delays. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5 business days (except during the 14 calendar days before December 25th and except delays caused by unforeseen events).

Signature Options

The Free USPS or UPS Ground shipping method does not require your signature unless your order is over $500. The shipper will scan your package as it is delivered to your door. You are responsible for your package after it has been delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your package, please make a note in the comments field "SIGNATURE REQUIRED".

You have several options if you want expedited shipping.

UPS Guarantee: UPS shipment delivery dates are guaranteed subject to unforeseen events such as flight, weather delays and delays due to volume during peak holiday seasons. UPS will not refund in that case. UPS Signature: A signature may or may not be required at the discretion of the UPS driver based on whether someone is available to sign and based on the security at the location A signature will be required on all orders over $500.
