WhatSheBuys.com will usually process your order the same business day if ordered before 12:00 pm PST otherwise your order will ship the next business day.  This does not apply to special orders and backordered items. Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible.

WhatSheBuys.com will ship your order to you for FREE via USPS or FedEx Ground within the 50 United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement to get FREE shipping! Most online retailers require you to place an order of $50 to $100 in order to qualify for FREE shipping.

If you need your order delivery by a specific date we offer a selection of FedEx Express Shipping Options for your convenience. We also offer signature service if you are concerned about the security of your delivery address.

Free Shipping Methods:

The shipping methods for FREE SHIPPING  are based on weight.

• 0-13 oz. packages are shipped First Class Mail.
• 14 oz. – 2 lbs packages are shipped Priority Mail.
• Packages over 2 lbs are sent FedEx Ground.

Note for FedEx Express Shipping: Larger packages are subject to an additional $10 oversized fee (please check the individual product page for details). FedEx express rates do not apply to Kettler tricycles and Kettcars.  Please call 877-942-8743 or e-mail sales@whatshebuys.com for a FedEx quote if FedEx Express Service is required.

Please note that while USPS is very reliable, the shipping times for USPS described are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays with USPS. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we offer FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day and Express Saver (3 day). (Please note that FedEx does not guarantee delivery dates due to delays beyond their control, such as weather.)

The FREE shipping via USPS and FedEx Ground generally doesn't require your signature. You are responsible for your package after it has been delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your package at your location, you should select one of the shipping options with Signature (either the FREE, Priority w/ Signature or FedEx Express). Orders over $480 will be sent with Signature Confirmation at no additional charge.

Complete Shipping Descriptions:

Free USPS or FX Ground w/ Signature ($1.45) - You can add a signature confirmation to your Free shipping for only $1.45. Signature confirmation will instruct the delivery person to get a signature from you or someone at your residence. They will not leave the package at your mail box or door. You should select this option if you are concerned about the security of your package. Fedex Ground is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

USPS Priority w/ Confirmation ($4.95) - You have the option of upgrading your shipping to USPS Priority Mail for only $4.95. Shipping time is generally 1 to 3 business days (during non-peak periods) depending on your location. These are estimated and not guaranteed shipment times. USPS will generally place your package in your mail box or at your door (local practices may differ) and scan a confirmation to WhatSheBuys.com that your package was delivered. You will receive a confirmation number when your order is shipped and you can view the status of your shipment at USPS.com.

USPS Priority w/ Signature ($5.40) - You can add a signature confirmation to your USPS Priority for a total of $5.40. Signature confirmation will instruct the delivery person to get a signature from you or someone at your residence. They will not leave the package at your mail box or door. You should select this option if you are concerned about the security of your package.

FedEx Express Next Day Air ($24.95) - You also have the option of guaranteed expedited shipping via Fed Ex Next Day Air (business days, afternoon deliver, no Saturday delivery) for continental United States orders (Hawaii and Alaska orders may take 2-3 days longer). Your order will be processed and shipped the same day for orders submitted by 12:00 p.m. PST. Your cost is $24.95 for Next Day Air ($39.95 to Hawaii or Alaska). FedEx Express service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. FedEx Express deliveries require signature. If you want your package left without a signature, please indicate so in the comments field when you check out. You are responsible for the security of your package if you waive the signature requirement. You will receive a confirmation number when your order is shipped and you can view the status of your shipment at FedEx.com.

FedEx Express 2nd Day Air ($11.95) - You also have the option of guaranteed expedited shipping via Fed Ex 2nd Day Air (business days, afternoon deliver, no Saturday delivery) for continental United States orders (Hawaii and Alaska orders may take 2-3 days longer). Your order will be processed and shipped the same day for orders submitted by 12:00 p.m. PST. Your cost for Two Day Shipping is $11.95 ($24.95 to Hawaii or Alaska). FedEx Express service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. FedEx Express deliveries require signature. If you want your package left without a signature, please indicate so in the comments field when you check out. You are responsible for the security of your package if you waive the signature requirement. You will receive a confirmation number when your order is shipped and you can view the status of your shipment at FedEx.com.

FedEx Express Saver (3 business days) ($9.95) - You also have the option of guaranteed expedited shipping via Fed Ex Express Saver (business days, afternoon deliver, no Saturday delivery) for continental United States orders (Hawaii and Alaska orders may take 2-3 days longer). Your order will be processed and shipped the same day for orders submitted by 12:00 p.m. PST. Your cost is $9.95 for Express Saver ($20.95 to Hawaii or Alaska). FedEx Express service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. FedEx Express deliveries require signature. You are responsible for the security of your package if you waive the signature requirement.
