I need a stroller now (or I need a tandem which Britax doesn’t offer) - can I get $50.00 back for buying just the infant carrier? No. The rebate program is only valid when you purchase BOTH the Britax Chaperone infant carrier and Britax Chaperone stroller.

I want to purchase the infant carrier and stroller separately. Is that OK? Yes, you may purchase the units separately. The only requirement is that you purchase both the Chaperone infant carrier AND Chaperone stroller by December 31, 2009 and send the required documentation by January 31, 2010.

I received one (or both) as a gift – can I participate in the program as the gift receiver? Yes - provided you obtain the original receipts and send them in along with the properly completed rebate form.

When should I expect my check? Assuming all information was provided on time, you should expect to receive a check within a few weeks of submitting the documentation. You will receive your rebate check no later than eight (8) weeks after submitting the documentation.
