Shipping Guidance
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Your order will be processed and shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri) if you order by
12:00 pm PST (excluding backorder, special order or drop ship items).
Free USPS or FedEx Ground
You will receive Free Shipping on your order within the United States (except certain oversized items shipping to Hawaii or Alaska). There is no minimum purchase requirement to get the Free
Shipping. Most online retailers require a minimum order of $50 to $100 if they
offer free shipping at all.
With the Free Shipping option, your order will be shipped via US Postal
Service (USPS) or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery depending on the weight of your
order.
- 0-13 oz. packages are shipped via U.S. Postal First Class.
- 14 oz. - 2 lbs packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
- Packages over 2 lbs are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Shipping Time With Free Shipping
Shipping time is generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from
Pasadena, CA (see Free Shipping Map at bottom of page). U.S. Postal does not guarantee delivery times and whatshebuys is not responsible for shipping delays. FedEx Ground guarantees delivery within 5 business days (except during the 14 calendar days before December 25th and except delays caused by unforeseen events).
Signature Options
The Free USPS or FedEx Ground shipping method does not require your signature unless your order is over $500. The shipper will scan your package as it is delivered to your door. You are responsible for your package after it has been delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your package, please make a note in the comments field "SIGNATURE REQUIRED".

Guarantee: FedEx shipment delivery dates are
guaranteed subject to unforeseen events such as flight, weather
delays and delays due to volume during peak holiday seasons. FedEx will not refund in that case.
