Irving Rice mirrors are the finest in the world, manufactured in Germany since 1903 by the most premier glass-makers. The craftsmanship is reflected in the silvering process of the glass, the engineering of the metal parts and the preservation of the desired finish.

All mirror surfaces are silver-backed quality glass. All metal parts used in the fabrication of Irving Rice mirrors are also manufactured in Germany and are solid brass. The mirrors are finished in a polished brass, polished chrome, brushed brass or brushed nickel.

Brass mirrors are manufactured from polished, solid brass, and have a baked lacquer coating which will protect the finish for years. The base metal has a very high copper content which accounts for the rich, deep golden color.

Silver toned mirrors are constructed of chrome-plated solid brass and/or nickel-silver. The chrome plating process requires three layers of chrome to ensure the durability of the finish for years and is also finished with a baked lacquer coating.
