Easy Returns & Exchanges
If your selection does not meet your needs, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from WhatSheBuys in their original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, within 30 days of the ship date (or 30 days after gift event for gifts). Please note the following exceptions and clarifications:
- Cosmetics & Beauty: We are unable to accept returns of products that have been tried, used or have a product seal broken.
- Clothing & Intimate Apparel: Avoid wearing perfume or deodorant when trying on apparel. By law, panties cannot be returned once worn or tried on, unless tried on over your own underwear.
- Special Order & Final Sale Items: Special order and final sale items are identified on description pages as non-returnable and non-exchangeable. (Final Sale items also have a FS at the end of their item name or sku).
- Excluded Items: For hygienic reasons Wacoal No Peek Concealer Cups are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Satisfaction Guarantee:Mavala products offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us at 877-942-8743 or email email@example.com if an item is not meeting your expectations.
Gift Returns:Accepted 30 days after the ship date or the gift event, whichever is later. Holiday gifts accepted through January 25.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to WhatSheBuys. Return MUST have a tracking number. If you refuse a delivery, you will be charged for return shipping fees in addition to applicable restocking fees.
Free Return Shipping On Footwear & Apparel: The following brands are eligible for free returns and exchanges (except non-returnable items listed above): Aden + Anais, b.tempt'd by Wacoal, Barefoot Dreams Apparel, Calvin Klein, Cosabella, Curvy Couture, Diane von Furstenburg, Eileen Fisher, Fantasie, Finn & Emma, Glyder Apparel, Lysse, Missoni, Old Soles, OUT Incorporated, PJ Harlow, Robeez, Sassybax, UGG, Urban MuuMuu and Wacoal.
Processing:Please allow 5-7 business days processing time after we receive your returned item. We will only credit against the original payment method used to make the purchase. We will refund your entire purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
To Return or Exchange:
To return or exchange an item, an authorization is required. Returns will not be accepted unless an RMA number is included with your return (Note, items shipped back to WhatSheBuys that don't meet our Return Policy may be rejected or be subject to a restocking fee).
